Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Seller and acceptance of these Terms

The website resapix.com (the “Website”) and the Resapix services are operated by Nextpoint Innovations Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14724520, whose registered office is at Suite F, Rear Office 48a High Street, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP7 5AL. Full company details are set out in the Legal Notice.

For any request, customers are invited to use the chat available on the Website as a priority, or to write to contact@resapix.com.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to every booking and every purchase made on the Website. They should be read together with the Terms of Payment, the Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy. Before payment, customers give three separate consents, none of them pre-ticked: they accept these Terms, they accept the purchase (offer, amount and frequency), and they agree to their details being shared with the service providers needed to handle their order.

2. Purpose and scope

Resapix is an online taxi booking service. The services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over, acting for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent use may lead to the suspension or closure of the account concerned.

3. The services

3.1 – Taxi booking requests (pay per request)

Customers can submit a ride request on the Website. Available rides from licensed third-party transport providers are checked and, once a ride is confirmed, the customer receives the details of the provider performing it.

A booking request fee of £3 is paid at checkout for each request. It pays for handling the request: checking availability with third-party transport providers and attempting the booking. The fee is due whether or not a ride can be confirmed, and this is stated at checkout before payment. The fee is not refunded if no ride is available, except in the event of an error by Resapix. It does not include the price of the ride, which is set by the transport provider and paid to them directly. No plan or commitment is required.

3.2 – Personal Assistance plan

The Personal Assistance plan is an optional monthly plan. It removes the booking request fee on every request and gives priority assistance for taxi bookings and any other everyday request (restaurants, leisure activities, travel and similar services). The Resapix team handles, follows up and keeps the customer informed on each request.

The plan starts with a 3-day trial charged at £0.01. At the end of the trial, it renews automatically at £69.99 per month unless cancelled before the end of the trial. Cancelling during the trial means no further charge.

Resapix may refuse any request that is clearly unlawful, unsafe, disproportionate or outside the normal scope of the service.

3.3 – Magazine

The Resapix Magazine is an optional digital publication, issued weekly. It includes selections, recommendations, practical information and themed content. It is available at a maximum of £7.60 per month (VAT included).

The first edition is free and delivered as soon as the customer signs up: nothing is charged at sign-up. The first charge is made on the day of the second edition, seven (7) days after sign-up, then on the same date every month, up to a maximum of £7.60 per month. Cancelling before the second edition means nothing is charged. After that, the Magazine renews automatically unless cancelled. The frequency of payments may vary depending on the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

The Magazine is separate from the Personal Assistance plan. It can be taken on its own or alongside the plan, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.

4. Intermediary status and third-party providers

Resapix acts solely as a booking intermediary, on the customer’s instructions. Resapix is not affiliated or partnered with any ride platform or transport provider: it acts as an intermediary between drivers and customers to make booking easier. Each booking is made on the customer’s behalf with a licensed operator or ride platform, which accepts the booking and remains fully responsible for it and for the ride. Once a ride is found, the driver’s contact details are sent to the customer. Nextpoint Innovations Limited is not a transport operator, does not own or operate vehicles, does not employ drivers and does not accept bookings as an operator.

Rides are performed entirely under the responsibility of the third-party transport providers. Nextpoint Innovations Limited is not a party to the transport contract and is not liable for delays, cancellations, driver behaviour, vehicle condition or any damage attributable to the provider.

5. Customer account and user space

A customer account is created at the time of purchase. The customer receives an email to set a password or access the account securely, and can reset the password at any time from the login page.

The user space allows the customer to:

  • track bookings and requests,
  • view active plans and the Magazine,
  • access invoices and payment confirmations,
  • update personal details,
  • cancel a plan or the Magazine.

The customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Login credentials are personal: the customer is responsible for keeping them confidential and must report any unauthorised access without delay.

6. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) for customers in the United Kingdom and in euros (€) for customers in France, Spain and Italy, including VAT where applicable, on the Website and at checkout before payment. The checkout states the amount charged today, the trial length where applicable, and the recurring amount and frequency. The amounts are the same in both currencies: for example, the Personal Assistance plan costs £69.99 per month in the United Kingdom and €69.99 per month in France, Spain and Italy.

Nextpoint Innovations Limited may change its prices at any time. Any change to the price of a plan or the Magazine is notified to the customer by email in advance, before it applies, and the customer may cancel before the new price applies. The price charged is always the one accepted at checkout.

7. Payment, renewal and invoicing

Payments are made by bank card through a specialised payment provider. Nextpoint Innovations Limited does not store full card details. Charges appear on the customer’s bank statement as resapix.com.

The Personal Assistance plan and the Magazine renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. During the trial of the Personal Assistance plan, a reminder is sent by email one (1) day before the end of the trial. Afterwards, a reminder is sent by email three (3) days before each next monthly charge. Each reminder shows the amount, the charge date and a link to cancel. Receipts for every charge are available in the user space.

If a payment fails, Nextpoint Innovations Limited informs the customer and may retry the payment. Access to the service concerned may be suspended until payment is made. Any fees charged by the customer’s bank are outside Nextpoint Innovations Limited’s control.

Invoices are available in the user space and on request.

8. Cancellation of the plan and the Magazine

The Personal Assistance plan and the Magazine have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time, free of charge.

Customers can cancel:

  • from the user space, through the chat available in the account,
  • via the cancellation form on the Contact page,
  • via the chat on the Website.

Cancellation is confirmed immediately on screen and by email, with the end-of-service date. The service remains available until the end of the period already paid, and no further charge is made. Details are set out in the Cancellation Policy.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal, starting on the day after the purchase is confirmed, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, the customer sends a clear statement of their decision by chat, from the user space, by email to contact@resapix.com or using the form in the Annex. Amounts paid are refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the request, using the original payment method.

If the customer expressly asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, they remain liable for the share of the service already provided before withdrawal.

Booking requests are handled immediately after payment, at the customer’s express request. By submitting a request, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the booking request fee once the request has been handled. For digital content such as the Magazine, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if the customer gave express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of this right.

10. Liability

Nextpoint Innovations Limited provides a booking, assistance and intermediation service, and its liability is limited to that scope. It is not liable for the services performed by third-party providers, for temporary interruptions of the Website, for force majeure events, or for requests that cannot be processed because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete or late information.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights of consumers.

11. Personal data

Personal data are processed by Nextpoint Innovations Limited to manage accounts, bookings, plans, payments and customer relations, and to meet legal obligations. Data may be shared with technical providers, the hosting provider, payment providers, and the taxi companies, drivers, ride-booking platforms and partner providers involved in handling a ride or a request, only where necessary and with the customer’s consent given at checkout. Customers can exercise their data rights by writing to contact@resapix.com. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any question or complaint can be sent via the chat, the user space or contact@resapix.com. Resapix answers as quickly as possible and seeks an amicable solution first. If no amicable solution is found, consumers keep the right to contact their local consumer protection authority or to bring the dispute before the competent courts, as set out below.

13. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers residing in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where they live, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers in the United Kingdom. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules, including consumer protection rules.

These Terms are written in English. If they are also made available in another language, the version in the language the customer understands prevails.

14. Changes to these Terms

Nextpoint Innovations Limited may update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one accepted at the time of purchase. Customers are notified of any change affecting an active plan or the Magazine before it applies.
